제3도는 아르파메닌 A의 핵자기 공명 흡수 스펙트럼.
제4도는 본 발명의 아르파메닌 B의 자외부 흡수 스펙트럼.
제5도는 아르파메닌 B의 적외부 흡수 스펙트럼.
제6도는 아르파메닌 B의 핵자기 공명 흡수 스펙트럼을 나타낸다.

Claims (6)

  1. 크로모박테륨(Chromobacterium)속의 아르파메닌 생산균주를 탄소 및 질소원함유 배양액중에서 충분한 시간동안 배양시켜 아르파메닌(Arphamenine)을 그 배양액중에서 생산, 축적시킴을 특징으로 하는 새로운 생리활성 물질 아르파메닌의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양액에서 아르파메닌을 회수시킴을 특징으로한 새로운 생리활성 물질 아르파메닌의 제조방법.
  3. 제1,2항에 있어서, 아르파페닌 생산균주는 FERM.P-3521 또는 FERM BP-286으로 기탁된크로모박테륨 비오라세움(chromobacterium Violaceurn)임을 특징으로한 새로운 생리활성물질 아르파메닌의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 크로모박테륨 비오라세움의 아르파틸닌 A-생산균주를 탄소 및 질소원으로 함유한배양액중에서 충분한 시간동안 호기성 조건하에서 배양시켜 그 배양액중에서 아르파메닌 A를 생산, 축적시킴을특징으로한 새로운 생리활성물질 아르파메닌의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 크로모박테륨 비오라세움의 아르파틸린 B-생산균주를 탄소 및 질소원으로 함유한배양액중에서 충분ㅇ한 시간동안 호기성 조건하에서 배양시켜 그 배양액중에서 아르파메닌 B를 생산, 축적시킴을 특징으로한 새로운 생리활성물질 아프파메닌의 제조방법.
  6. 제4 및 5항에 있어서, 크로모박태륨 비오라세움 BMG361-CF4는 온도 25-35°C에서 8-5시간 배양시킴을 특징으로한 새로운 생리활성물질 아르파메닌의 제조방법.
