Claims (6)
- 시클로덱스트린을 배양 배지에 가하여 란카시딘을 제조할 수 있는 미생물을 배양함을 특징으로 하는 란카시딘 항생물질의 개량 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시클로덱스트린을 미생물이 배양 배지에 접종 또는 이식되기 전에 배양 배지에 가하며, 배지에서의 시클로덱스트린의 농도가 1~150mM임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이스트렙토미세스 var.볼루비리리스(ATCC-21250),스트렙토미세스 그리세오푸스쿠스(ATCC-23910),스트렙토미세스 비올라세오니거(IFC-14166) 또는스트렙토미세스sp.6642-GC1,(IFC-14172)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 시클로덱스트린을 함유한 배양 배지에서 란카시딘을 제조할 수 있는 미생물을 배양하고, 생성된 배양 브로스 또는 그의 여과액에 저급 알킬 카르복실레이트를 가하여 에스테르화 반응을 시킴을 특징으로하는 란카시딘 14-아실 유도체 또는 이를 주성분으로 함유한 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 저급 알킬 카르복실레이트가 에틸 아세레이트이며 란카시딘 14-아실 유도체 또는 이를 주성분으로 함유한 혼합물은 란카시딘 C의 14-아세틸 유도체 또는 이를 주성분으로 함유한 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,스트렙토미세스 var. 볼루빌리스(ATCC-21250)가 배양될 미생물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
