제2도는 각각 메타놀, 0.1N HCl-90%메타놀수용액, 0.1N NaOH 90%메타놀수용액에서 측정한 MF 266 물질의 자외선 흡수스펙트럼의 곡선도이다.

- MF 266 물질을 생산, 축적시키기 위하여 이용가능한 탄소 및 질소원을 포함하는 배지에 호기적 조건에서 스트렙토미세스(Streptomyces) 속의 MF 266 물질생산균을 배양하여 그 배지에서 MF 266 물질을 채취하며, 스트렙토미세스 MF 266-g4 균주(FERM-P5401 또는 ATCC 31910과 일치함)를 MF 266 물질 생산균주로 사용하여, 배양을 2-5일간 25-35℃에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 신항생물질 MF 266물질의 제조방법.참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
