Claims (4)

  1. 이노신 또는[및 구아노신 생산 능력을 가진 미생물을 탄소원으로서 당질을 함유하는 배지에 배양하여 이노신 또는/및 구아노신을 배양물 중에 생성 축적시키고 배양물로부터 이노신 또는/및 구아노신을 채취하는 방법에 있어서 그 배지 중의 탄소원으로서의 당질의 농도가 약 1% 이하인 상태에서 당질을 간헐적으로 또는 연속적으로 첨가하여 배지 중의 당질의 농도를 약 1%를 넘지않도록 유지하여 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이노신 또는/및 구아노신의 제조법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서 배지 중의 탄소원으로서의 당질이 소비되어 그 농도가 약 1% 이하로 된 후에 당질을 첨가하기 시작하는 것을 특징으로 한 이노신 또는/및 구아노신의 제조법.
  3. 제 1또는 2항에 있어서 배지 중의 탄소원으로서의 당질의 투입 농도가 약 4%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이노신 또는/및 구아노신의 제조법.
