Claims (2)

  1. 브레비 박테리움 암모니아게니스속의 미생물(KFCC 10003)을 이용하여 5'-이노신산 배양중 대수증식기에서 배양이 완료될 때까지의 배양액중의 KP1, KP2의 농도를 0.1-0.5%로 유지시켜 액중에 5'-IMP를 축적시키고 이들 단리 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 5'-이노신산의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배양 초기의 KP1, KP2의 농도는 0.3-1.0%로 유지한다는 것.
