라이신 함유 농축물의 제법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음

Claims (5)

  1. 총 고형분에 대한 발효성분의 중량비가 80%이상인 배지내에서 라이신 생성 미생물을 배양한 다음 얻어진 배지를 농축시켜 고형 라이신함유 농축물을 생성하는 것으로 구성된 라이신 35-48%(염기로서)을 함유하는 라이신 농축물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배지가 발효성 설탕을 2g/ℓ이하 함유할때까지 배양을 계속하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용배지가 고형분 함량을 10-20중량% 갖고 있는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에서 무기산 또는 암모늄염을 배지에 첨가하며 라이신을 염형태로 얻는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에서 배지를 증발에 의해 농축시키는 방법.
