Claims (2)

  1. L-글루타민산 생산균을 배양하는 배지의 탄소원으로서 사탕수수당밀, 사탕무우당밀 및 원당을 혼합사용하되, 그 사용 비율을 1:1:3 내지 1:1:6까지의 범위로 하여 글루타민산 생산균을 배양함을 특징으로 하는 발효법에 의한 L-글루타민산의 제조방법.
  2. 1항에 있어서, L-글루타민산의 배지중 배양초기의 배지는 사탕수수 당밀과 원당을 1:1 내지 4:1의 비율로 혼합 사용하고 균체의 대수증식기 말기 이후에 사용되는 Feed당은 사탕무우 당밀과 원당을 1:4내지 3:7의 비율로 혼합 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
