Claims (5)

  1. 리팜피신, 리산, 메티오닌, 아스파르트산 및 호모세린에 대한 내성 및 L-트레오닌 생산능을 갖는 에스케리키아속의 미생물을 배양물에 L-트레오닌이 축적될 때 까지 배지에서 배양하고 그로부터 L-트레오닌을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 발효에 의한 L-트레오닌의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미생물이 에스케리키아 콜리종에 속하는 방법.
  3. 제2항 있어서, 미생물이 에스케리키아 콜리 H-4581(FERM BP-1411)인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배양을 20~40℃에서 2~7일동안 수행하는 방법.
  5. L-트레오닌 생산능을 갖는 FERM BP-1411의 동정 특성을 갖는 미생물 에스케리키아 콜리의 생물적 순수 배양물.
