Claims (4)
- 칸디다 속에 속하고, 모노후루오르 아세트산에 내성을 갖으며, 유일 탄소원인 d-이소구연산 존재하에서 생육불능이거나 또는 미약한 정도로만 생육 가능하고, d-이소구연산 생산능력을 갖는 미생물을, 배지중에서 배양액중에 d-이소구연산이 축적될때까지 배양하고, 배양역으로 부터 d-이소구연산을 회수하는 것이 특징인 발표법에 의한 d-이소구연산 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이, 칸디다 리폴리티카, 칸디다 제일라노이데스, 칸디다 기아몬디, 칸디다 달비칸스, 칸디다 휴미콜라, 칸디다 파라실로시스 종, 또는 칸디다 브람프티종에 속하는 것이 특징인 발표법에 의한 d-이소구연산 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이, 칸디다 제일 라노이데스 H-7728(FERM BP-2756)인 것이 특징인 발표법에 의한 d-이소구연산 제조방법.
- 칸디다 제일 라노이데스 H-7728(FERM BP-2756)의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
