Abstract

본 발명은 미로테슘속(Myrothecium 屬)에 속하며 4-안드로스텐-3, 17-디온을 가수 분해하여 6β, 14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 생성할 수 있는 미생물을 4-안드로스텐-3,18-디온이 첨가된 배지에서 배양하여 배양지로부터 6β, 14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 분리함을 특징으로 하는 6β,14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온의 신규 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 방법에 의하여 6β, 14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온과 14α-히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,6,17-트리온을 간단한 방법으로 고수율로 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. (가) 미로테슘속(Myrothecium 屬)에 속하며 4-안드로스텐-3, 17-디온을 가수 분해하여 6β, 14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 생성할 수 있는 미생물을 4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온이 첨가된 배지에서 배양하고, (나) 배양된 배지로부터 6β, 14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 분리함을 특징으로 하는 6β, 14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온의 제조 방법.
  2. 미로테슘속에 속하며 4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 가수 분해하여 6β, 14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 생성할 수 있는 미생물.
  3. 제2항에 의한 미생물로 4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 히드록실화하고 수득한 6β, 14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 산화시켜 14α-히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,6,17-트리온을 생성시키는 단계로 되어있고, 미로테슘 속에 속하며, 4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 가수 분해하여 6β, 14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 생성할 수 있는 미생물을 4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온이 첨가된 배지에서 배양하여 수득한 6β, 14α-디히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,17-디온을 배양 배지로부터 분리함을 특징으로 하는 14α-히드록시-4-안드로스텐-3,6,17-트리온의 제조방법.
