Claims (8)
- 성장을 위해 올레산을 필요로 하나 비오틴을 필요로 하지 않는 L-글루탐산 생성 미생물을 올레산 화합물 및 비오틴이 100μg/ℓ이상인 비오틴 화합물을 함유한 배양배지에서 탄소원으로서 탄수화물과 아세트산의 비율을 약 80:20내지 약 40:60의 중량비로 유지시키면서 배양함을 특징으로 하는 L-글루탐산의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물이 글루코오즈인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물이 슈크로오즈인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물이 고구마의 당화전분인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물이 몰라세인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물과 아세트산을 배양 배지에서 약 70:30내지 약 50:50범위의 중량 비율로 유지시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물과 아세트산을 배양 배지에서 약 60:40의 중량비로 유지시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지에 함유된 올레산 화합물의 양이 약 60mg/ℓ이상인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
