Claims (8)

  1. 성장을 위해 올레산을 필요로 하나 비오틴을 필요로 하지 않는 L-글루탐산 생성 미생물을 올레산 화합물 및 비오틴이 100μg/ℓ이상인 비오틴 화합물을 함유한 배양배지에서 탄소원으로서 탄수화물과 아세트산의 비율을 약 80:20내지 약 40:60의 중량비로 유지시키면서 배양함을 특징으로 하는 L-글루탐산의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물이 글루코오즈인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물이 슈크로오즈인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물이 고구마의 당화전분인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물이 몰라세인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물과 아세트산을 배양 배지에서 약 70:30내지 약 50:50범위의 중량 비율로 유지시키는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물과 아세트산을 배양 배지에서 약 60:40의 중량비로 유지시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 배지에 함유된 올레산 화합물의 양이 약 60mg/ℓ이상인 방법.
