Claims (1)

  1. 5′-크산틸산 생산능이 있는 브레비박테리움 암모니아 게네스(KFCC 10004)를 글루타민산 또는 피친산중 1종 이상이 함유된 배지에서 배양하므로서 발효액중에 5′-크산틸산을 직접 축적시킴을 특징으로 하는 발효법에 의한 5′-크산틸산의 제조방법.
