  1. 본문에서 상술한 바와 같이 5'-크산틸산 생산능을 갖는 브레비 박테리움 암모니아 게네스의 특수한 변이주 MW-4768(KCTC 8200P)를 당류를 주원료로 한 배지에서 호기적 발효에 의해 배양액중 5'-크산틸산을 고농도로 축적시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물에 의한 5'-크산틸산의 제조방법.
