Claims (1)
- (1) 발효 또는 효소를 사용하는 방법에 의해 제조된 트립토판을 함유하는 수용액으로부터 미생물 세포를 제거하고 : (2) PH값 1 내지 4범위의 용액을 활성탄 및 고다공성인 비극성 수지로 처리한 다음 : (3) 이 용액을 저급 지방족 알코올의 존재하에 중화반응하에서 결정화 시킴을 특징으로하여, 트립토판을 정제하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
