Claims (10)

  1. 세라믹 지지물로 지지되는 여재를 사용하는 미세여과(상술한 바와 같음)의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조제글리세롤의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 지지물 재료는 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 여재는 세라믹 물질로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 조제 글리세롤의 정제공정은 미세여과와 한외여과(상술한 바와 같음)의 병용을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 정제공정은 이온교환수지처리 및/또는 증류단계도 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 한외여과단계는 유기중합체 물질로 이루어진 여재를 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 조제글리세롤 출발물질은 수용액이고 8-80%(w.w)의 글리세롤을 함유하며, 오일 또는 지방의 비누화, 가수분해 또는 메탄올 분해에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 조제글리세롤 출발물질은 20-55%(w.w)의 글리세롤을 함유하는 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 여과이전에 조제글리세롤 출발물질의 pH는 60-100℃ 온도에서 9-12되도록 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 미세여과는 5.10-8m-20.10-8m의 세공직경을 가지는 여재를 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제 방법.
