Claims (1)

  1. (a) 분산 니트로셀룰로오스 섬유상과 연속액체상으로 된 니트로셀룰로오스의 수성슬러리를 생성하게 물에서 비정제 니트로셀룰로오스 섬유를 절단하는 것과; (b) 염기성 용액으로 전술한 슬러리의 pH를 적어도 8에 조정하는 것과; (c) 전술한 슬러리를 약 100℃ 내지 150℃의 상승된 온도까지 또 기압정도 내지 약 60psi(게이지)의 압력에서 가열하고 전술한 슬러리의 pH를, 전술한 슬러리를 가압하에 가열하는 동안 염기성 용액의 첨가로 적어도 8에 유지하는 데 있어서 가열을 전술한 니트로셀룰로오스 중의 잔류산이 실제로 중성화를 완료하기에 충분한 시간동안 계속하는 것과; (d) 중화된 섬유를 전술한 연속액체상의 슬러리에서 분리하는 것과; (e) 전술한 분리된 니트로셀룰로오스 섬유를 물로 세척하여 염기성 용액을 제거하고 거기서 안정된 니트로셀룰로오스 섬유를 회수하는 것으로 된 니트로셀룰로오스 정제시의 질화공정에서의 잔류산을 함유하는 비정제 니트로셀룰로오스의 점도를 감소하는 정제방법.
