Claims (7)
- 황산과 질산의 혼합산을 니트로방향족 조성물과 미반응질산, 황산 및 가용화된 니트로 방향족화합물을 함유하는 폐산을 생성시키기에 충분한 온도 및 압력에서 방향족 조성물과 접촉시키는, 방향족 화합물의 혼합산 니트로화 공정에서 얻어지는 폐산으로부터 질산을 회수 및 재생시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 폐산을 이 폐산중의 니트로 방향족 화합물을 대기압에서 300℃이상의 비등점을 갖는 니트로방향족 조성물로 전환시키기에 충분한 시간동안 약 120 내지 200℃의 온도로 가열시키는 단계, 생성된 300℃ 이상의 비등점을 갖는 니트로방향족 조성물 함유고온폐산을 플래시증류시키는 단계: 및 소정농도의 상부증기 분획으로서 질산과 황산 및 니트로 방향족 화합물을 함유하는 하부액체스트림을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폐산이 1분 미만의 시간동안 120내지 200℃의 온도로 가열되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플래시증류단계가 5 내지 15psia의 압력과 150 내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플래시증류단계로부터 상부분획으로서 제거된 질산이, 45 내지 65중량%의 농도를 가진 하부분획인 질산을 생성시키기위해서, 2psia 내지 대기압의 압력과 50내지 200℃의 온도에서 부가로 증류되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 화합물은 톨루엔인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 화합물이 벤젠인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 황산중의 니트로 방향족 화합물이 상기 황산으로부터 스트리핑된 스트림인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
