Claims (15)

  1. (1) 니트로화 폐수를 용매 및 산과 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 고온 및 산성 pH에서 추출하여 니트로페놀성 부산물을 함유하는 용매 용액을 생성함으로써 니트로화 폐수로부터 니트로페놀성 부산물을 추출하고, (2) 상기 니트로페놀성 용매 용액을 증류시켜서 상기 용매 용액으로부터 상기 용매를 회수하고 상기 니트로페놀성 부산물을 함유하는 잔류물을 생성하고, (3) 상기 잔류물을 회화(灰化)시키는 것으로 구성된, 니트로화 폐수에 함유된 니트로페놀성 부산물의 처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 톨루엔, 벤젠, 0-니트로톨루엔 및 니트로벤젠으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산이 황산, 인산 및 염산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고온이 약 60℃-65.5℃(140℉-150℉) 범위내인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성 pH가 1.0 내지 1.2범위인 방법.
  6. (1) 니트로화 폐수, 용매 및 산을 혼합하고, (2) 상기 혼합물을 고온 및 산성 pH에서 추출시켜서, 니트로페놀성 부산물을 함유하는 용매 용액을 생성하는 것으로 구성된, 니트로화 폐수로부터 니트로페놀성 부산물을 추출하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 톨루엔, 벤젠, 0-니트로톨루엔 및 니트로벤젠으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 산이 황산, 인산 및 염산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고온이 약 60℃-65.6℃(140℉-150℉) 범위내인 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 산성 pH가 1.0 내지 1.2범위인 방법.
  11. (1) 니트로화 폐수를 용매 및 산과 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 고온 및 산성 pH에서 추출하여, 니트로페놀성 부산물을 함유하는 용매용액을 생성함으로써 니트로화 폐수로부터 니트로페놀성 부산물을 추출하고, (2) 상기 니트로페놀성 용매용액을 증류시켜서 상기 용매용액으로부터 상기 용매를 회수하고 상기 니트로페놀성 부산물을 함유하는 잔류물을 생성하는 것으로 구성된, 니트로화 폐수에 함유된 니트로페놀성 부산물을 회수하고 상기 니트로페놀성 부산물 회수에 사용된 용매를 회수하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 톨루엔, 벤젠, 0-니트로톨루엔 및 니트로벤젠으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 산이 황산, 인산 및 염산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 고온이 약 60℃-65.6℃(140℉-150℉) 범위내인 방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 산성 pH가 1.0 내지 1.2 범위인 방법.
