Abstract
Procédé de traitement des sous-produits nitrophénolés contenus dans les eaux résiduaires de nitration, comprenant les étapes d'extraction par solvant, de récupération par distillation du solvant et des résidus nitrophénolés et d'incinération des résidus nitrophénolés. Le procédé d'extraction comprend l'extraction des sous-produits nitrophénolés des eaux résiduaires de nitration, en utilisant un solvant en présence d'un acide à température élevée et sous pH acide. L'extraction fournit une solution de solvant et de produits nitrophénolés qui est soumise à distillation afin de récupérer le solvant en vue de sa réutilisation, et de produire un résidu contenant des matières nitrophénolées. Ce résidu peut être éliminé par incinération.
