Claims (7)

  1. N,N-이치환니트로 방향족 아민을 액체 또는 용융형태로 하여, 술폰산으로 처리함으로써, N,N-이치환 니트로 방향족아민 제조시에 형성된 니트로스-아민성분을 분해시키고, 니트로스아민의 재형성에 대해 생성물을 안정화시켜, 니트로스아민이 함유되지 않은 N,N-이치환 니트로 방향족아민을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아민을 지방족, 방향족 또는 아르지방족술폰산, 클로로술폰산, 아미도술폰산 또는 이의 혼합물로 처리하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 아민을 도데실벤젠술폰산, 부탄술폰산 또는 클로로술폰산으로 처리하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 아민으로서 트리-플루랄린 또는 이소프로팔린을 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 아민을 기준하여, 1중량%이하, 바람직하게는 0.05내지 0.5중량%의 술폰산으로 아민을 처리하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 술폰산을 20내지 120℃의 온도에서 첨가한 다음, 아민을 상승된 온도, 바람직하게는 50내지 90℃에서 1내지 10시간동안 가열하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 유기용매 또는 희석액을 정제시킬 아민에 첨가하는 방법.
