Claims (8)

160°내지 450℃의 온도에서 그리고 1내지 50bar의 압력하에서 수소화 반응 촉매상에서 니트로-방향족 화합물의 촉매 수소화 반응에 의해 방향족 아민을 제조함에 있어서, 상기 수소화 반응 촉매가 0.02% 내지 1% w/w의 할로겐을 포함하고 및/또는 이 반응 혼합물을 출발 물질로서 사용되는 방향족 화합물의 중량을 토대로 0.1 내지 50ppm의 할로겐-함유 유기 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 할로겐이 촉매중에 포함되어 있는 원소들중 하나의 할로겐화물의 형태인것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 아민을 제조하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 할로겐화물이 CuCl2, 주족 Ⅰ, 주족 Ⅱ, 또는 아족 Ⅱ중의 원소의 클로라이드, 또는 CrCl3의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 아민을 제조하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 할로겐-함유 유기 화합물이 대응하는 할로겐-함유 니트로-방향족 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 아민을 제조하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 수소화 반응 촉매가 활성 물질로서 5% 내지 100% w/w의 구리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 아민을 제조하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 이 반응이 250℃내지 330℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 아민을 제조하는 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 이 반응이 1내지 15bar의 압력하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 아민을 제조하기 위한 방법.
제1항에 있어서, 니트로-방향족 화합물이 니트로벤젠 또는 니트로 톨루엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
