Abstract
본 발명은 0.02중량% 이하의 115를 함유하는 펜타플로로에탄(125)을 제조하는 공정에 있어서, AlF3서포트위에 지지된 산화크롬 촉매(Cr2O3)의 존재하에 기체상에서 테트라플로로클로로에탄 CF3CHCLF(HCFC-124)의 디스뮤테이션 공정에 의하여 펜타플로로클로로에탄이 얻는 공정으로서 동작 온도는 15 내지 30초의 접촉 시간들에 대하여 140 내지 180℃, 5 내지 15초의 접촉 시간들에 대하여는 180℃이상에서 240℃까지, 1 내지 5초의 접촉 시간들에 대하여는 240℃ 이상에서 260℃까지, 0.1 내지 1의 접촉 시간들에 대하여는 260℃ 이상에서 300℃까지인 것임을 특징으로 하는 펜타플로로에탄(125)을 제조하는 공정을 제공한다.

Claims (7)
- 0.02중량% 이하의 115를 함유하는 펜타플로로에탄(125)을 제조하는 공정에 있어서, AlF3포함하는 서포트상에 지지된 산화크롬 촉매(Cr2O3)의 존재하에 기체상에서 테트라플로로클로로에탄 CF3CHCLF(HCFC-124)의 디스뮤테이션 공정에 의하여 펜타플로로클로로에탄이 얻는 단계로서, 상기 서포트는 서포트 전체 중량에 대하여 적어도 90중량%의 AlF3에 해당하는 플로린의 함량을 가지고, 동작 온도는 15 내지 30초의 접촉 시간들에 대하여 140 내지 180℃, 5 내지 15초의 접촉 시간들에 대하여는 180℃이상에서 240℃까지, 1 내지 5초의 접촉 시간들에 대하여는 240℃ 이상에서 260℃까지, 0.1 내지 1의 접촉 시간들에 대하여는 260℃ 이상에서 300℃까지이고 ; 및 얻어진 생성물로부터 125를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 한 펜타플로로에탄(125)을 제조하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정은 160℃ 내지 260℃의 온도 범위에서 작동되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 펜타플로로에탄(125)을 제조하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정은 180℃ 내지 240℃의 온도 범위에서 작동되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 펜타플로로에탄(125)을 제조하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 서포트는 베타, 감마 및/또는 델타 형태들을 포함하는 100중량%의 AlF3로 구성되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 펜타플로로에탄(125)을 제조하는 공정.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 서포트된 크롬 촉매는 (Cr2O3) 200 내지 600℃의 온도에서 공기 또는 질소로 건조시키면서 3가의 크롬 염들의 수용액성 용액으로 AlF3를 스며들게 함에 의하여 얻어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 펜타플로로에탄(125)을 제조하는 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 처리는 350 내지 500℃의 범위에서 공기로 수행되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 펜타플로로에탄(125)을 제조하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스뮤테이션 공정은 유체화된 베드상에서 수행되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 펜타플로로에탄(125)을 제조하는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
