Abstract
반응매체 중에서 수소와 산소로부터 과산화수소를 접촉적으로 제조하는 단계로 되는 과산화수소의 제조방법에 있어서, 니오븀 산화물, 니오븀 복합산화물, 탄탈 산화물, 탄탈 복합산화물, 몰리브덴 산화물 또는 텅스텐 산화물 상에 백금족 금속이 지지되어 있는 백금족 금속 촉매를 이용하는 방법.

Claims (7)
- 반응매체 중에서 수소와 산소로부터 과산화수소를 접촉적으로 생산하는 과산화수소의 제조방법에 있어서, 니오븀 산화물, 니오븀 복합산화물, 탄탈 산화물, 탄탈 복합산화물, 몰리브덴 산화물 및 텅스텐 산화물 중에서 선택된 산화물 담체에 지지된 백금족 금속 촉매를 이용하는 데 특징이 있는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니오븀 산화물과 상기 탄탈 산화물이 각각 니오브산과 탄탈산을 300 내지 700℃의 온도 범위에서 가열시킴으로써 제조되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백금족 금속 촉매가 이온-교환법에 의해 니오브산 또는 탄탈산 상에 백금족 금속을 지지시킨 다음 백금족 금속이 지지된 이 니오브산 또는 탄탈산을 열처리함으로써 제조되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니오븀 산화물, 탄탈 산화물, 몰리브덴 산화물 및 텅스텐 산화물이 다른 산화물 중에서 각각 분산물 형태인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 백금족 금속 촉매를 사용 전 300 내지 700℃에서 열처리시키는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응매체가 브로마이드 음이온이나 클로라이드 음이온 및 수소 이온을 함유하는 수성 매체인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 담체가 니오븀 산화물 또는 니오븀 복합산화물인 것이 특징인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
