Claims (12)

  1. 백금족 금속이 고체 산담체 또는 고체 초강산 담체상에 지지된 백금족 촉매 존재하에 조촉매를 함유하는 반응 매질에서 산소와 수소를 직접 반응시킴으로써 과산화수소를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 팔라듐 또는 백금인 과산화수소의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고체 초강산 담체가 황산이 금속 산화물상에 지지된 고체 초강산이거나 금속 산화물로 구성된 고체 초강산인 과산화수소의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 황산이 금속 산화물상에 지지된 고체 초강산이, 황산이 지르코이나, 알루미나 또는 티타니아상에 지지된 고체 초강산인 과산화수소의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 금속 산화물로 구성된 고체 초강산이 지르코니아상에 지지된 산화 몰리브데늄이거나 지르코니아상에 지지된 산화 텅스텐인 과산화수소의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 고체산 담체가 모르데나이트의 양성자 형태이거나 MFI형 제올라이트의 양성자 형태인 과산화수소의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 조촉매가 불소 이외의 할로겐을 함유하지 않는 화합물을 제외한 할로겐 함유 화합물인 과산화수소의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 할로겐 함유 화합물이 브롬산 나트륨, 브롬화 나트륨, 브롬화 칼륨, 브롬화 암모늄 또는 염화 암모늄인 과산화수소의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 반응매질이 조촉매를 함유하는 수용액인 과산화수소의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 반응매질이 조촉매와 과산화수소 안정화제를 함유하는 수용액인 과산화수소의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 과산화수소 안정화제가 아미노트리(메틸렌포스 폰산), 1-히드록시에틸리덴-1, 1-디포스폰산, 에틸렌디아민테트라(메틸렌포스폰산) 또는 이들의 나트륨염 또는 나트륨 피로포스페이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 과산화수의 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 0℃ 내지 50℃의 온도, 3㎏./㎠·G 내지 150㎏./㎠·G의 반응압력하에서, 비반응성 기체의 존재 또는 부재하에, 촉매 존재하에서 조촉매를 함유하는 반응매질상에서 산소와 수소를 직접 반응시키는 과산화수소의 제조방법.
