Abstract
고순도의 수산화제 4급암모늄수용액을 제조하는 방법을 제공하는 것으로서 제4급암모늄유기산염을 과산화수소, 산소 또는 산소함유가스를 백금족금속촉매의 존재하에 반응시켜서 제4급암모늄기산염을 제조하고, 이것을 양이온 교환막을 갖는 전해탱크를 사용해서 전해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도의 수산화제4급암모늄수용액을 제조방법을 제시하는 것이다.

Claims (9)
- 일반식(I)[단, 식중 R1~R4는 탄소수 1~3의 알킬기를 나타내고, 그들은 동일하거나 달라도 된다. X는 유기산기를 나타낸다]로 표시되는 제4급암모늄유기산염의 수용액을 백금족금속촉매의 존재하에 과산화수소, 산소 또는 산소함유가스와 반응시켜서 제4급암모늄무기산염을 합성하고, 그 제4급암모늄무기산염수용액을 전해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화제4급암모늄수용액을 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제4급암모늄유기산염이 테트라메틸암모늄포름산염 또는 테트라에틸암모늄포름산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화제4급암모늄수용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제4급암모늄유기산염과 과산화수소, 산소 또는 산소함유가스중의 산소와의 몰비가 0.5~100인 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화제4급암모늄수용액의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제4급암모늄유기산염과 과산화수소와의 몰비는 1~20인 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화제4급암모늄수용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금족금속이 피라듐, 백금, 루테늄, 로듐 및 이리듐으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화제4급암모늄수용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금족금속촉매는 백금족금속이 담체에 대해 0.01~20중량% 담지된 촉매인것을 특징으로 하는 수산화제4급암모늄수용액의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 담체가 활성탄, 탄소섬유, 활성탄소섬유등의 탄소계담체; 실리카, 알루미나, 실리카-알루미나 및 제올라이트의 무기계담체로부터 선택된 담체인 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화제4급암모늄수용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해에 있어서 양극실에 공급되는 제4급암모늄무기산염수용액의 농도가 1~60중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화제4급암모늄수용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제4급암모늄무기산염을 합성하는 반응온도가 10~200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 수산화제4급암모늄수용액의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
