Claims (11)

  1. 제거반응을 최소한 촉매적 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 하기 일반식(I)로 나타내지는 케톤의 양의 존재하에 수행 하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 알칼리 금속 수산화물 용액중에서 하기 일반식(III)으로 나타내지는 p-메틸벤질트리메틸암모니움 히드록사이드 또는 그들의 유도체의 호프만 제거 반응에 의하여서, 하기 일반식(II)로 나타내지는 (2,2)-파라시클로판 및 그들의 유도체의 제조방법.
    (식중, R은 수소원자, 염소나 브롬과 같은 할로겐원자, 또는 알킬직쇄에 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬-카복실 그룹임)
    (식중, X는 할로겐원자, 알킬기, 아르알킬기 또는 할로겐화 아르알킬기이고, n은 0 또는 1에서 4까지의 정수임)
    (식중, X와 n은 상기 정의된 것과 동일함)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, p-메틸벤질트리메틸암모니움 하이드로겐(III)을 해당 할라이드로 부터 반응액중에 존재하는 알카리금속 수산화물의 작용에 의하여서 바로 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 케톤이 아세톤인 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 케톤이 클로로 아세톤인 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 케톤이 아세틸 아세톤인 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 케톤을 직접 자체에서 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 케톤을 메시틸옥사이드 또는 그들의 유도체로 부터 출발하여 직접 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 케톤을 디아세톤-알콜 또는 그 유도체로 부터 출발하여 직접 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 케톤, 메시틸 옥사이드 또는 그들의 유도체 또는 디아세톤 알콜 또는 그들의 유도체의 양이 p-메틸벤질트리메틸암모니움 히드록사이드에 대해 0.1 내지 200중량% 특히 바람직하게는 1 내지 50중량%인 제조방법.
  10. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 알카리금속 히드록사이드 용액의 농도가 호프만 제거반응 동안에 25내지 35중량%로 유지되는 제조방법.
  11. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 호프만 제거반응을 50 내지 150℃, 특히 바람직하게는 70 내지 125℃로 1 내지 40시간동안, 특히 바람직하기로는 2-10시간동안, 경우에 따라서는 비활성의 유기용매 존재하에서 수행하는 제조방법.
