Claims (3)

  1. 다음 구조식(II)의 아미디노티오우레아와 다음 일반식(III)의 1-할로겐-3-(2′-시아노 에틸티오)프로판온을 축합고리화 반응시킴을 특징으로하는 다음 구조식(I)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    (상기식에서, X는 염소원자 또는 브롬원자를 나타낸다)
  2. 다음 일반식(IV)의 1,3-디할로겐화 아세톤과 다음 구조식(V)의 3-머캅토프로피온니트릴을 유기용매-수용성완충용액의 혼합용액에 녹인후, pH 4.5-6.0을 유지시키면서 반응시킴을 특징으로하는 다음 일반식(III)으로 표시되는 화합물의 제조방법.
    (상기식에서, X는 전술한 바와 같고, 염소원자이거나 브롬원자를 나타낸다)
  3. 제2항에 있어서, S-(β-시아노에틸)이소티오우레아·염산 염으로부터 염기성 가수분해시켜 제조한 일반 구조식(V)의 화합물을 분리 정제함이 없이 pH 4.5-6.0을 유지하면서 직접 반응 시킴을 특징으로하는 일반식(III)의 화합물의 제조방법.
