Claims (6)
- 완충되어질 물의 존재하에, 브롬에 대해 안정하며 물과 불혼화성인 용매중에서 브롬화가 수행되는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 브로모메틸 화합물의 제조방법:상기식에서 R은 메틸 또는 수소이고 치환채들 X는 둘 모두가 염소이거나, 또는 하나는 염소이고 다른 하나는 수소이다.
- 제1항에서, 사용된 완충제는 약산pH에서 완충되는 계통임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, 초산 알카리금속이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, 0 내지 100℃의 온도에서 반응이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, 유리기 개시제 또는 빛이 사용되어 통상적인 방식으로 반응이 진행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 황산의 존재하에 그리고, 바람직하게, 황산을 함유하는 용액에서 다수의 원자가 상태를 가지는 중금속 이온들로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 촉매의 존재하에 산화를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제1항에서 정의되고 또 제1항에 따라 제조된 바와 같은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 브로모메틸 화합물의 산화에 의한 퀴놀린-8-카르복실산의 제조방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
