Claims (7)
- 압력하에 적어도 140℃ 온도에서 적어도 부분적으로 물의 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 베이킹 공정에 의해 아릴아민과 황산을 반응시켜 아미노 아릴설폰산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공정 조건하의 용매의 부분증 기압 내지 반응계의 최고 가능한 압력 범위내에서 반응을 수행함이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응을 140 내지 280℃에서 수행함이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응을 150 내지 260℃에서 수행함이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아릴아민을 사용함이 특징인 방법.(Ⅰ)상기식에서R1및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 알킬, 아르알킬 또는 아릴을 나타내거나 R1및 R2둘이 함께 이들이치환된 질소원자와 함께 질소가 함유된 헤테로사이클릭 구조를 형성하며 Ar′은 임의 치환된 벤젠, 나프탈렌, 안트라센, 나프토퀴논 또는 안트라퀴논 골격 또는 방향족 헤테로사이클릭 구조 골격을 나타낸다.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아릴아민을 사용함이 특징인 방법.(Ⅳ)상기식에서R1및 R2는 제5항에서 정의된 바와 같고 Ar2는 벤젠 또는 나프탈렌 골격을 나타낸다.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식 Ar2-NH2(Ar2는 제6항에서 정의된 바와 같다)의 아릴아민을 사용함이 특징인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
