Claims (5)
- 다음 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 5,6,7,7a-테트라하이드로-4H-티에노 (3,2-c) 피리딘-2-온 유도체의 제조방법에 있어서,(상기식에서 R은 수소 또는 최소한 하나의 할로겐 원자로 임의로 치환된 페닐기 또는 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시, 니트로, 카르복시, 알콕시, 카르보닐기를 나타내며 ; R'는 수소 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, n는 O 또는 1-4의 정수이다.)다음 일반식 (Ⅴ)의 화합물 :을 포름알데히드 H-CHO과 반응시켜 다음 일반식 (Ⅵ)의 화합물을 제조한 다음,화합물 (Ⅶ)을 건성 염산과 처리하에 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 유도체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 청구 범위 1에 있어서, 유도체 (Ⅴ)와 포름알데히드의 반응을 수성 매체하에 교반하면서 실온에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 청구 범위 1에 있어서, 일반식 (Ⅵ)의 화합물을 건성 염산과 반응시키기 전에, 방향족 탄화수소, 예를 들어 벤젠 또는 틀루엔과 같은 불활성 유기용매 또는 염화메틸렌과 같은 할로겐화 용매에서 용해시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 청구 범위 1에 있어서, 화합물 (Ⅵ)과 염산의 처리를 부수 매체에서 -20-+50℃의 온도로 행함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 청구 범위 4에 있어서, 염산을 비 양자성 용매, 대표적으로 디메틸포롬아미드, 디메틸설폭사이드, N-메틸-필로리돈 또는 N,N-디메틸아세트아미드에서 용액 형태로 반응 매체에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
