Abstract

N-알킬-또는 N-시클로알킬-2-베조티아졸 설펜이미드류를 제조하는 개선된 방법에서는 산과의 반응에 의해 N-알킬 또는N- N-시클로알킬-2-베조티아졸 설펜이미드류를 그에 대응하는 설펜이미드류로 변환시킬 때 반응 매체로써 지방족 탄화수소를 사용한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 25℃에서 이온화 상수(Ka)가 0.001보다 큰 값을 갖는 산과 대응하는 N-알킬-또는 N-시클로알킬-2-벤조티아졸 설펜아미드의 반응에 의해 N-알킬-또는 N-시클로알킬-2-벤조티아졸 설펜이미드류를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응이 실질적으로 지방족 탄화수소로 이루어진 반응매체내에서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 N-알킬 또는 N-시클로알킬-2-벤조티아졸 설펜이미드류의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 매체 C5-8알칸 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응은 15-40℃에서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 산은 염산임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 반응 매체는 헵탄임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 무수 조건하에서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 설펜아미드가 N-t-부틸-2-벤조티아졸 설펜아미드임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 설펜아미드가 N-시클로헥실-2-벤조티아졸 설펜아미드임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 반응 매체에는 0.05중량% 이하의 물이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
