Abstract

백금족 금속 촉매의 담체로서 세륨을 함유하는 복합 산화물을 사용하고, 백금족 금속 촉매 존재하에, 산성 반응 매질에서 산소와 수소를 촉매적으로 반응시켜 과산화 수소를 제조한다. 본 방법은 산성 반응 매질중에 할로겐이온이 존재할 필요가 없으며, 공업적 규모에서, 고농도롤 과산화 수소를 유리하게 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 백금족 금속 촉매의 담체로서 세륨을 함유하는 복합 산화물을 사용함을 측징으로 하는, 백금족 금속 촉매존재하에, 산성 반응 매질에서 산소를 수소와 촉매적으로 반응시켜 과산화수소를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 할로겐 이온 없이 반응을 수행함을 특진으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 복합 산화물이 0.01내지 99중량%의 양이 산화물 형태로 세륨을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 복합 산화물이 1 내지 90중량%의 양의 산화물 형태로 세륨을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 복합 산화물이 (i) 세륨 산화물 및 (ii) 티타늄 산화물, 지르코늄 산화물 및 란타늄 산화물로 구성된 군에서 선택한 1종이상의 산화물을 필수 성분으로 하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 팔라듐 금속임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산성 반응 매칠이 황산, 질산 또는 인상의 수용액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0 내지 50℃ 범위의 온도에서 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 3 내지 150㎏/㎤·G 범위의 압력에서 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
