Abstract
본 발명은 염화수소를 산화시켜 염소를 제조하는데 유용한 신규한 삼산화크롬-염화세륨 촉매에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 촉매는 상산화크롬과 염화세륨이 혼합된 수용액과 에탄올과의 반응생성물을 소성하여 제조하거나, 또는 삼산화크롬과 에탄올의 반응생성물을 소성하여 얻어진 삼산화이크롬에 염화세롬 수용액을 담지시켜 얻는다. 이렇게 얻어진 촉매는 낮은 반응온도에서도 높은 반응활성을 나타낸다.

Claims (8)
- 염화세롬과 삼산화이크롬으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 염화수소의 산화에 의한 염소제조용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염화세륨 5중량% 이하와 삼산화이크롬 95중량% 이상으로 이루어진 것이 특징인 촉매.
- 삼산화크롬 및 염화세륨의 혼합 수용액을 에탄올과 반응시킨 다음 얻어진 반응생성물을 소성하는 것으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 염화세륨-삼산화이크롬 촉매의 제조방법.
- 삼산화크롬과 에탄올과의 반응생성물을 소성하여 이로부터 얻어진 삼산화이크롬에 염화세륨 수용액을 담지시키는 것으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 염화세륨-삼산화이크롬 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 에탄올과의 반응온도를 90℃이상으로 하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 350℃ 내지 500℃에서 3내지 6시간 동안 공기중에서 소성하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에탄올과의 반응온도를 90℃이상으로 하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 350℃ 내지 500℃에서 3내지 6시간 동안 공기중에서 소성하는 것이 특징인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
