제1도 : 본 발명에 따른 실시예 담체물질에 균일하게 은이 분포된 것을 보여주는 대표적인 전자 현미경 확대사진.
제2도 : 본 발명에 실시예에 따른 두개의 촉매를 850℃에서 19시간 공기중에서 소성시킨 후의 전자 현미경 확대사진.

Claims (14)

  1. 미세하게 분쇄된 은입자가 열에 안정한 불활성 담체에 부가되어 이루어진 은촉매에 있어서, 담체표면의 적어도 1%가 계단 또는 계단구조물로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 은촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 담체표면의 적어도 5%가 계단 또는 계단구조물로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 은촉매.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 담체물질이 α-산화알루미늄인 은촉매.
  4. 열에 안정한 불활성 당체물질상에 은이온을 부착한 후 환원시켜 금속은으로 하여 은촉매를 제조함에 있어서, 사용하는 담체표면의 적어도 1%가 계단 또는 계단구조물을 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 은촉매의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 담체물질 표면의 5%가 계단 또는 계단구조물로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 은촉매의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항 내지 5항에 있어서, 담체물질이 α-산화알루미늄인 은촉매의 제조방법.
  7. 제4 내지 6항의 어는 한 항에 있어서, 은입자를 부가하기 전에 담체물질을 1,000℃ 이상의 온도에서 가열함을 특징으로 하는 은촉매의 제조방법.
  8. 제4 내지 6항의 어는 한 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 α-산화알루미늄으로 구성된 담체물질을, 은입자를 부가하기 전에 산처리함을 특징으로 하는 은촉매의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 산처리 후에 물로 세척함을 특징으로 하는 은촉매의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 산처리 후의 물세척시, 세척된 물에 산잔사가 나타나지 않을 때까지 담체를 세척함을 특징으로 하는 은촉매의 제조방법.
  11. 제8 내지 10항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, pKa≤3의 산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 은촉매의 제조방법.
  12. 제8 내지 11항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, HCI, HNO3, H3PO4및 H2SO 및 옥살산으로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택된 사용함을 특징으로 하는 은촉매의 제조방법.
  13. 제8 내지 12항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, pH<4의 산용액으로 담체를 처리함을 특징으로 하는 은촉매의 제조방법.
  14. 촉매 선택성 산화반응, 특히 에틸렌에서 산화에틸렌으로 또는 메탄올에서 포름알데히드로의 산화를 수행함에 있어서, 제4항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
