Claims (9)
- 플루오르화 수소산을 사용하여 일반식C2HX2-nF3+n(식중,x는 염소 또는 브롬 원자이고, n은 0또는 1의 수)의 하나 이상의 펜타할로에탄을 기체상 촉매적 플로오르화 반응하여 1,1,1,2-테라플루오로클로로에탄 및/또는 펜타플루오로에탄을 제조함에 있어서, 사용하는 촉매가 지지체로서의 활성화 목탄 및 3이상의 산화 상태의 크로뮴 촉매량으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크로뮴 옥시드, 히드록시드, 할라이드(요오드 제외), 옥시할라이드, 니트레이트 또는 술페이트의 형태로 크로뮴이 활성화 목탄 상에 용착됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 크로뮴이 크로뮴(III)옥시드의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매의 활성 종 함량이, 크포뮴 금속으로 환산하여 0.1내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 1내지 20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오르화 수소산 및 펜타할로에탄(들)을 1/1내지 20/1의 HF/펜타할로에탄(들) 몰비로 3내지 100초의 시간동안 250내지 470℃의 온도에서 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 몰비가 2/1내지 9/1이고, 접촉시간이 5내지 30초, 바람직하게는 7내지 15초이며, 온도가 280내지 410℃임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발의 펜타할로에탄이 1,1,1-트리플루오로디크롤로로에탄 및/또는 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로클로로에탄 임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출발물질이 몰 기준으로, 최소한 50%의 1,1,1-트리플루오로디크롤로로에탄 및/또는 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로클로로에탄, 0내지 5%의 재순환된 불충분-플루오르화 화합물 및 0내지 50%의 1,1,2-트리플루오로-1, 2-디클로로에탄, 1,2,2-트리플루오르-1, 1-디클로로에탄 및/또는 1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로클로로에탄을 포함하는 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0내지 25바 게이지, 바람직하게는 대기압에서 작업을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
