Abstract

본 발명은 클로로펜타플루오로에탄(F115)를 함유하는 펜타플루오로에탄(F125)의 정제방법에 관한 것이다.
정제될 F125-F115 혼합물은 플루오르화 단계를 거쳐 F115가 헥사플루오로에탄(F116)으로 전환된뒤, 예컨대, 증류와 같은 방법으로 F125로부터 분리된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 조 펜타플루오로에탄을 촉매적 플루오르화시켜 클로로펜타 플루오로에탄을 헥사플루오로에탄으로 전환시킨뒤에 생성된 헥사플루오로에탄을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 클로로플루오로에탄을 함유하는 조펜타플루오로에탄의 정제 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생성된 헥사플루오로에탄이 증류로 분리되는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플루오르화 반응은 반응조건이 300 내지 600℃의 온도, 0 내지 25 바 게이지의 압력, 3 내지 300초의 접촉시간 및 0.05 내지 20HF/(펜타플루오로에탄 + 클로로펜타플루오로에탄)의 몰비의 상태에서 플루오르화 수소산에 의해서 기체상에서 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 플루오르화 반응이 350 내지 550℃의 온도, 바람직하게는 380 내지 480℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 접촉시간이 15 내지 200초인 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, HF/펜타플루오로에탄 + 클로로펜타플루오로에탄의 몰비가 0.5 내지 10, 바람직하게는 0.6 내지 5인 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 플루오르화 반응이 대기압에서 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 플루오르화 반응이 산소의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 플루오르화 알루미늄 또는 플루오르화 알루미늄 및 알루미나의 혼합물로 구성된 지지체 상에 부착된 산화 크롬 및 니켈, 할로겐화물 및/또는 옥시할로겐화물 기재 혼합 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 벌크 Cr2O3또는 Ni-Cr 촉매가 사용되는 방법.
