Abstract
본 발명은 플루오르화 수소산을 사용하여 기상에서 퍼클로로에틸렌 또는 펜타클로로에탄의 촉매적 플루오르화 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 촉매로는, 알루미늄 플루오르화물이거나, 알루미늄 플루오르화물과 알루미나의 혼합물로 구성된 담체상에 담지된 니켈과 크롬 산화물, 할로겐화물 및/또는 옥시할로겐화물로 이루어진 혼합 촉매를 사용한다.

Claims (14)
- 알루미늄 플루오르화물이거나 알루미늄 플루오르화물과 알루미나의 혼합물로 구성된 담체상에 담지된 니켈과 크롬산화물, 할로겐화물 및 옥시할로겐화물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 물질로 이루어진 혼합촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하면서, 플루오르 수소산을 사용하여 기상에서 퍼클로로에틸렌 또는 펜타클로로에탄의 여속적인 촉매적 플루오르화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매 중의 니켈과 크롬의 함량이 각 금속의 경우에 0.5~20중량%이며, 니켈/크롬 원자비율이 0.5~5인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 니켈/크롬 원자 비율이 1에 근접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 함량이 각 금속의 경우에 2~10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 200~450℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 250~400℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작동 입력이 0~25바 게이지 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, HF/C2Cl4또는 HF/C2HCl5의 몰비가 1/1~20/1인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 몰비가 2/1~10/1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 조건하에 계산된 접촉 시간이 3~100초인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 접촉시간이 5~30초인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 접촉시간이 7~20초인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오르화가 덜된 생성물을 반응기로 재순환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 산소의 존재하에 작동을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
