Claims (8)

  1. 알루미늄 플루오라이드 또는 알루미늄 플루오라이드 및 알루미나의 혼합물로 이루어진 지지체상에 침착시킨 니첼 및 크롬 옥사이드, 할라이드 및/또는 옥시할라이드로 구성된 혼합 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 가스상 플루오르화수소산을 첨가하여 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄(F133a)의 촉매적 플루오르화 반응에 의한 1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에탄(F134a)의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매속의 니켈 및 크롬의 중량 함량이 각각의 금속에 대해 0.5내지 20%이고, 니켈/크롬 원자비가 0.5내지 5, 바람직하게는 1에 가까움을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 함량이 각각의 금속에 대해 2내지 10%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체가 나트륨을 1000ppm까지 함유할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응온도가 300내지 420℃, 바람직하게는 330내지 410℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작업 압력이 절대 압력 1내지 20bar, 바람직하게는 12내지 16bar임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, HF/F133a 몰비가 1내지 20, 바람직하게는 2내지 5임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉시간이 반응 조건하에서 계산하여 2내지 32초, 바람직하게는 5내지 25초임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
