Abstract
조 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오오에탄(F134a)에 존재하는 불포화 불순물(특히 1-클로로-2,2-디플루오로에틸렌 및 폴리플루오오프로펜)을 제거하기위하여, 불소화반응 촉매의 존재하에 100~300℃의 온도와 상압 ~ 2.5Mpa의 압력에서 HF/F134a의 몰비가 0.05~0.5이며 Cl2/F134a의 몰비가 0.0001~0.1인 F134a, 플루오르화수소산 및 염소의 기체 혼합물을 기상중에서 처리시킨다.

Claims (10)
- 불소화반응 촉매의 존재하에 100 내지 300℃의 온도와 상압 내지 2.5Mpa의 압력에서 HF/F134a의 몰비가 0.05 내지 0.5이며 Cl2/F134a의 몰비가 0.0001 내지 0.1인 조 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(F134a)플루오르화수소산 및 염소의 기체 혼합물을 기상중에서 처리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불포화 불순물을 함유한 조1,1,1,2-테트라플루오롬에탄(FBRa)의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 불순물이 1-클로로-2,2-디플루오로에틸렌 및/또는 (클로로) 불소화된 C3또는 C4올레핀인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 조작을 상압 내지 1,5Mpa의 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 접촉시간이 10 내지 200초, 바람직하게는 20 내지 100초인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, HF/F134a의 몰비가 0.125 내지 0.300인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Cl2/F134a의 몰비가 0.001 내지 0.03인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소화반응 촉매가 크롬, 니켈, 철, 망간, 코발트 및/또는 아연을 기재로 한 벌크 또는 지지된 촉매인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 벌크 크롬 산화물을 촉매로 사용하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 불소화된 알루미나에 지지된 플루오르화 니켈을 촉매로 사용하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 플루오르화 알루미늄에서 지지된 플루오르화 니켈 및 크롬 산화물을 기재로 한 촉매를 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
