Abstract
조 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(F134a)에 존재하는 불순물 (특히, 1-클로로-2,2-디플루오로에틸렌)을 제거하기 위하여, 플루오르화 수소산(HF)/조 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(F134a)의 몰비가 0.05내지 0.5인 F134a 및 HF의 기체상 혼합물을 기체상으로 플루오르화 촉매 존재하에, 200 내지 380℃의 온도 및 대기압 내지 2.5MPa의 압력하에 처리한다.

Claims (8)
- 플로오르화수소산(HF)/조 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(F134a)의 몰비가 0.05 내지 0.5인 조 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄 및 플루오르화수소산의 기체상 혼합물을 기체상으로, 염산부재하에, 200 내지 380℃의 온도 및 대기압 내지 2.5MPa의 압력하에서, 플루오르화 촉매 존재하에서 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불포화 불순물을 함유하는 조 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기체상의 촉매 처리가 225 내지 325℃의 온도에서 실행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조작을 대기압 내지 1.5MPa의 압력하에서 실행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접촉시간이 5 내지 100초인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, HF/F13a 몰비가 0.125 내지 0.200인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플루오르화 촉매가 크로뮴, 니켈, 철, 망간 및 코발트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 기재로 하는 벌크 또는 담지 촉매인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 촉매가 마이크로비이드 또는 활성탄소, 인산 알루미늄 또는 플루오르화 알루미늄에 담지된 형태인 산화크로뮴, 또는 플루오르화 알루미늄의 담체위에 침착된 플루오르화 니켈 및 산화 크로뮴의 혼합물인 방법.
