Abstract
PURPOSE: To keep the stable contact between solid and liquid for a long time under an arbitrary pressure, by adjusting the pressure at the contact part of solid and liquid, only with operation of temperature adjustment for the surface part gas and other parts of volatile liquid.
CONSTITUTION: Volatile liquid is stored in the enclosed vessel so that the gas part is formed on the upper part and the solid is deposited in the liquid. The liquid surface part or gas part is heated, the contact part between solid and liquid is cooled, and the solid and liquid are contacted under an arbitrary pressure. That is, in the enclosed vessel 1, volatile liquid 2 such as alcohol is put in. The solid 4 is deposited in the liquid 2. By flowing the temperature adjusting medium to the cooler 6, the part near the contact part between the solid 4 and the liquid 2 is cooled to a given temperature. The surface part of liquid 2 is heated by the heater 5 so that the temperature at the surface is the equilibrium temperature corresponding to the required pressure of the contact part between the solid 4 and the liquid 2. Thus, the solid and liquid can stably be contacted.
