Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable accurate temperature control with a simple structure by contacting a heat generating apparatus with a radiator plate through a bellows in which operating fluid is enclosed.
CONSTITUTION: The heat from a heat generating apparatus 8 which is the object of temperature control heats an operating fluid 16 enclosed in flexible bellows 14 through a base plate 1. When the temperature of the operating fluid raised higher than a specified temperature, the bellows 14 extends to contact a contact plate 15 of the bellows 14 to a radiator plate 12. As a result, the apparatus is cooled to a temperature lower than a specified temperature. Then, the vapor pressure of the operating fluid reduces to contact the bellows 14. Consequently, the contact plate 15 removes from the radiator plate 12 to stop radiation. Thus, by repeating radiation at the boundary of the specified temperature, accurate temperature control can be effected with a simple structure.
