Abstract

본 발명은 HF를 사응하여 할로겐화된 포화 지방족 탄화수소의 기상 촉매 플루오르화 반응에 관한 것이다.
크롬 산화물 또는 크롬과 하나 이상의 다른 촉매 활성 금속의 산화물 기재의 벌크 또는 담지 촉매를 사용하는데, 이때 산화물의 주 부분은 결정 상태로 존재한다. 벌크 촉매의 경우, HF 와의 활성화 이후 비표면적은 8㎡/g 이상이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 산화물의 주요 부분이 결정 상태에 있고, 벌크 촉매의 경우 HF로 활성화시킨 이후 그의 비표면적 이 8㎡/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 크롬 산화물 또는 크롬과 하나 이상의 다른 촉매 활성 금속의 산화물 기재의 벌크 또는 담지 촉매 존재하에 플루오르화 수소산을 사용하여 할로겐화된 포화 지방족 탄화수소의 기상 촉매 플루오르화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬에 결합하는 금속을 마그네슘, 니켈, 아연, 철, 코발트, 바나듐 및 망간으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 다른 활성 금속/크롬의 원자비가 1. 2 이하, 바람직하게는 0. 1 내지 1인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결정상이 산화물 Cr2O3,CrO2, Nicr2O3, MgcrO4, ZncrO4또는 이들 산화물의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결정화된 활성촉매를 수득하기에 충분한 조건하에서 무정형 촉매에 열처리를 하여 촉매를 얻는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 불활성 또는 산화 분위기하에 300 내지 750℃, 바람직하게는 400 내지 700℃의 온도에서 열처리를 진행하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 할로겐화된 포화 지방족 탄화수소의 플루오루화 반응을 하기 전에, 100 내지 350℃ 온도에서 HF률 사용하여 촉매를 활성화하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오르화될 할로겐화 탄화수소가 하나 이상의 수소원자를 포함하는 C1∼C4화합물인 방법.
  9. 1-클로로-2, 2, 2-트리플루오로에탄의 1, 1, 2, 2-테트라플루오로에탄으로의 플루오르화 반응에 대한 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 의한 방법의 용도.
