Abstract
본 발명은 할로올레핀을 용융 알칼리 금속 산 플루오라이드와 접촉시켜서 출발 할로올레핀보다 불소를 1개 이상 더 갖는 포화 또는 불화 탄산수소를 생성하는 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (10)
- (1) 불포화 탄소 원자에 결합된 할로겐을 1개 이상 갖는 할로올레핀을 이 할로올레핀의 분해 온도 또는 이 할로올레핀보다 분자 중에 불소를 1개 이상 더 갖는 불화 생성물의 분해 온도 중 더 낮은 온도 미만의 온도에서 알칼리 금속 산 플루오라이드를 함유하는 실질적으로 용융된 무수 조성물과 접촉시켜서 반응 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; (2) 상기 혼합물을 상기 할로올레핀보다 분자 중에 불소를 1개 이상 더 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 불화 생성물 1종 이상을 생성하기에 충분한 시간 동안 일정압력 및 상기 온도에서 교반시키는 단계; 및 (3) 상기 불화 생성물 을 단리 및 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는, 불포화 탄소 원자에 결합된 할로겐을 1개 이상 갖는 할로올레핀을 이 할로올레핀보다 분자 중에 불소를 1개 이상 더 갖는 불화 생성물로 불화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불화 생성물이 1종 이상의 포화 탄화수소인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불화 생성물이 1종 이상의 불포화 탄화수소인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로올레핀 출발 물질이 CCl2=CCl2, CHCl=CCl2로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 포화 탄화수소가 1,1,1-틀리플루오로클로로에탄, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄2,2-디클로로-1,1,1-트리플루오로에탄, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로-2-클로로에탄, 펜타플루오로에탄 및 CH2F-CHCl2로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 탄화수소가 CCl2=CClF, CCl2=CHF, CClF=CHF, CClF=CHCl 및 CHCl=CF2로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속이 Cs, Rb 및 K으로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 약 150℃ 내지 약 523℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 약 대기압 내지 약30기압인 방법.
