Claims (10)
- 하기식 ;SbCl×Fy(식중. x와 y는 모두 양수이며 x와 y의 합은 5이다. )의 화합물의 존재하에서, 불소화수소로 트리플로로에틸렌을 플루오르화시켜며, 반응계내의 불소화수소의 양이 촉매 1몰당 최소 5몰인 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트러클로로에틸렌 및 불소화수소를 반응계에 주입하고, 반응 압력이 일정하게 유지되는 동안 반응계로부떠 1-클로로-2,2.2-트리플루오로에탄을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소화수소의 트리플루오로에탄에 대한 몰비가 최소4 : 1인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 불소화수소의 트리플루오로에탄에 대한 몰비가 4:1 내지 8 : 1인 방법
- 제2항에 있어서. 1-플로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄이 불소화수소와 함께 공비흔합물로서 회수되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소화수소의 양이 1몰의 SbCl×Fy에 대해 5 내지 500몰인 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 최저 30℃인 방법,
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 압력이 3 내지 30㎏/㎤인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응계에 안티몬 펜타클로라이드를 부가하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응계에 1,2,2-트리를로로-2-플루오로에탄 또는 1,2-디를로로-2,2-디플루오로에탄올 부가하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
