일반식 C4H5ClxF5-x(여기서, x=1~5)의 클로로-(플루오로)부탄을 원소주기율 표 Ⅲa, Ⅳ;a, Ⅴa, Ⅴb와 Ⅵb족 금속의 유도체에서 선택한 촉매의 존재하에 플루오르화 수소로 하이드로플루오르화하는 방법.

Claims (13)
- 일반식 C4H5ClxF5-x(여기서, x=1~5)의 클로로-(플루오로)-부탄을 플루오르화 수소로 하이드로플루오르화하는 방법에 있어서, 하이드로플루오르화를 원소주기율 표 Ⅲa, Ⅳa, Ⅴa, Ⅴb 와 Ⅵb족 금속의 유도체에서 택한 촉매이 존재하에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매를 원소주기율표 Ⅳa 와 Ⅴa족 금속의 유도체에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 촉매를 주석과 안티모니 유도체에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매를 염화물, 플루오르화물과 클로로플루오르화물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 촉매가 오염화 안티모니임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매를 클로로(플루오로)부탄의 몰당 0.001~1몰의 촉매 비율로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 플루오르화 수소와 클로로(플루오로)부탄의 몰비가 4대 25임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로플루오르화를 50℃~150℃의 온도에서 행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로플루오르화를 2~40바아의 압력하에 액체상으로 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 클로로(플루오로)-부탄을 일반식 CH3-CCl2F2-x-CH2-CClyF3y(여기서, x=0,1 또는 2, y=0,1,2 또는 3, x+y1)의 화합물에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 클로로(플루오로)부탄을 1,1,3,3-테트라플루오로-1-클로로부탄, 1,3,3-트리플루오로-1,1-디클로로부탄과 1,1,3-트리플루오로-1,3-디클로로부탄에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 클로로(플루오로)-부탄을 염화비닐리덴과 플루오르화 수소를 반응시켜서 얻음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로부탄을 제조하기 위한 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 따른 방법의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
