Abstract

본 발명의 주제는 촉매의 존재하에서 1,1,1,3,3-펜타클로로프로판(CCl3-CH2-CHCl2)과 무수플루오로화수소산(HF)을 반응시켜서 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판(CF3-CH2-CHF3)을 제조하는 방법이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 액상에서 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판을 촉매의 존재하에서 무수플루오로화 수소산과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 주족 Ⅲa, Ⅳa 및 Ⅴa 그리고 아족 Ⅳb, Ⅴb 및 Ⅵb 금속의 유도체로부터 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 금속유도체의 혼합물인 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 금속 유도체가 산화물, 옥시할로겐화물 그리고 할로겐화물롤부터 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 할로겐화물이 염화물, 플루오로화물 및 플루오로염화물로부터 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 안티몬 염화물, 플루오로화물 및 클로로플루오로화물 그리고 그의 혼합로부터 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 오염화 안티몬인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판 1몰당 0.005 내지 0.5몰의 촉매, 바람직하게는 0.02 내지 0.25몰의 촉매가 사용되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50℃ 내지 150℃, 바람직하게는 80℃내지 120℃의 온도에서 반응을 수행하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 한에 있어서, 조작이 반응 혼합물의 자생 압력에서 불연속적으로 수행되는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 무수플루오로화 수소산 대 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판의 몰비다 5내지 100, 바람직하게는 10 내지 50인 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 조작이 5 내지 60bar, 바람직하게는 10 내지 40bar의 압력에서 연속적으로 수행되는 방법.
