Claims (8)
- a) 반응이 절대합 6~30 바 하에 수행되고, b) 액체 반응 혼합물 중의 촉매(들) 함량이 금속 중량%로 0.05~10%이며, c) 반응 온도가 50~120℃에서 선택되고, d) 액체 반응 혼합물 중의 1.1.1-트리클로로에탄. 1.1.1-디클로로플루오로에탄. 1.1.1-클롤로디플루오로에탄 및 1.1.1-트리플루오로에탄 이외의 유기 할로겐화 부산물 함량이 40중량% 미만으로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는, 적어도 하나의 플루오르화 촉매 존재하에 액체상 반응에 의해 1.1.트리클로로에탄 및 플루오르화 수소산으로부터 1.1.1-클로로디플루오로에탄의 연속 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 절대압 10~20 바 하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 플루오르화 촉매(들)가 Ⅳa 및 Ⅳb, Va 및 Ⅵa 및 Ⅵb, 및 Ⅷ족 원소의 할로겐화물, 산화물 및/ 또는 옥시할로겐화물에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 반응이 촉매로 클롤로플루오르화 안티몬 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 중의 촉매(들) 함량이 0.1~5중량% 금속인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 70~100℃ 인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 반응혼합물 중의 유기할로겐화 부산물 함량이 10중량% 미만으로 조절되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7하웅 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 반응혼합물 중의 유기할로겐화 부산물 함량이 반응계로부터 반응 생성물을 기체 및 액체 형태로 제거시 상호 조정함으로써 조절되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
