Claims (7)
1. Способ получения пентафторэтана (125), содержащего количества 115 ниже, чем 0.02% по весу, где пентафторэтан получали процессом превращения тетрафторхлорэтана CF3CHClF (HCFC-124) в газовой фазе в присутствии хромового окисного катализатора (Cr2O3), нанесенного на носитель, включающий AlF3, упомянутый носитель имеет содержание фтора, соответствующее, по крайней мере, 90% AlF3 по отношению к общему весу носителя, где действуют при температуре 140-180°С при времени контакта между 15-30 секундами, при > 180°С до 240°С при времени контакта между 5 и 15 сек., от > 240°С до 260°С при времени контакта между 1-5 сек., от > 260°С до 300°С при времени контакта между 0.1 и 1 сек., и последующим выделением 125 из полученных продуктов.
2. Способ по п. 1, где действуют в пределах температуры 160 - 260°С.
3. Способ по п. 1, где действуют в пределах температуры 180 - 240°С.
4. Способ по п. 1, где носитель катализатора составляет 100% по весу А1F3, включающий в смеси бета, гамма и/или дельта формы.
5. Способ по п.4, где хромовый катализатор на носителе (Cr2O3) получали пропиткой А1F3 водным раствором соли трехвалентного хрома, и последующей обработкой, после сушки, воздухом или азотом при температуре 200 - 600°С.
6. Способ по п.5, где обработку выполняют воздухом при температуре 350 - 500°С.
7. Способ по п.1, где реакцию превращения выполняют в псевдожидком слое.
