Claims (9)

  1. 황산의 존재하에서 질산을 사용하여 기상하에서 벤젠류를 니트로화하고, 니트로화는 황산용 담체의 존재하에서 황산을 연속적으로 또는 간헐적으로 공급하여 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니트로벤젠류의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 담체는 운반된 황산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니트로벤젠류의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 벤젠류는 벤젠, 클로로벤젠 또는 톨루엔 인 것을 특징으로 하는 니트로벤젠류의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 담체는 실리카겔, 규조토, 규사, 실리카울 실리콘 카바이드, 실리카-알루미나, 제올라이트 티타니아, 지르코니아, 알루미나, 활성탄 또는 그라파이트 인 것을 특징으로 하는 니트로벤젠류의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 담체는 실리카켈, 규조토, 규사, 실리카울 또는 실리카 카바이드 인 것을 특징으로 하는 니트로벤젠류의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 한항에 있어서, 황산의 공급량은 질산을 기준으로 하여 중량으로 1/10 내지 1/20,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 니트로벤젠류의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 있어서, 질산과 벤젠의 몰비는 5/1 내지 1/10인 것을 특징으로 하는 니트로벤젠류의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 있어서, 반응은 100 내지 300℃에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니트로벤젠류의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 출발물질은 0.1내지 100g · 촉매 ·h/mol으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니트로벤젠류의 제조방법.
